Bermuda — Creating Leads

Bermuda can create new leads directly from chat. Say: "Create a lead for John Smith at 456 Oak Ave" or "Add a new lead — Jane Doe, 789 Pine St, 10,000 sqft." Bermuda will confirm the details with you before creating the lead. It automatically finds or creates the customer record and puts the order in the lead stage of your pipeline.
