Messages & SMS Inbox

The Messages page is your central inbox for customer communications. It shows help requests and SMS conversations in a split-panel layout — message list on the left, conversation thread on the right. You can filter by status (needs review, in progress, archived), set priority levels, flag important messages, and reply via SMS or email. Each message links to the related order so you can see the full context without switching pages.
