Understanding the Pipeline

Orders flow through four pipeline stages: Lead, Promo, Quote, and Job. Each stage has its own page in the sidebar. Leads are new incoming requests. Promos are promotional offers from your campaigns. Quotes are formal pricing proposals waiting for customer acceptance. Jobs are confirmed, scheduled work. Within each stage, orders have a status like "in process", "quoted", "sold", or "not sold" that you can filter by. You can view everything at once on the Orders page, or use the individual pipeline pages to focus on one stage.
